Job Fair PRIVACY POLICY
The Artificial Intelligence Student Association (AI2S) places a high priority on protecting your privacy. This privacy policy was created in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to the privacy of our members and website users. This policy explains what types of information is collected by our website and our association, and how this information is used in compliance with the requirements of the D. Lgs. 196/2003 “Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali” as modified by the D. Lgs. 101/2018.
For the event "AI2S Job Fair", we will collect the following personal information of the registered participants, solely for the event to run.
What data do we collect?
In order for registering to the event, the following data will be required:
Name and surname
E-mail address
optionally, the registrant may provide the following personal information:
Phone number
Country of origin
The data will be provided via a Google form, who can be filled only by first logging in with a Google account.
How will we use your data?
The name and surname will be used to verify that no person registers multiple times for the event.
The e-mail address will be used to forward communications concerning the event (i.e., registration confirmation, reminders, communications concerning updates on the original scheduling).
The phone number may be used for urgent contacts communications concerning the event which may not be carried out via e-mail.
The country of origin will be used for statistical purposes.
All of the personal data provided will be stored only in aggregate numbers; the single records will be deleted 30 days after the end of the event, i.e., on June 25th 2022.
How do we store your data?
AI2S members information is safely stored in our association digital registers, and only members of the Directive Committee and the event's Organization Committee and public officials will have access to those for reasons connected to management and the bureaucracy of the Association. In particular, the data submitted by means of the registration form will be treated using Google Drive.
What are your data protection rights?
AI2S would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access – You have the right to request AI2S for copies of your personal data. We will provide them for free at any time.
The right to rectification – You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request AI2S to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
The right to erasure – You have the right to request that AI2S erase your personal data, under certain conditions, but not contrary to the rules provided in the aforementioned privacy laws.
The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that AI2S restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions, but not contrary to the rules provided int he aforementioned privacy laws.
The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to AI2S’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions, but not contrary to the rules provided int he aforementioned privacy laws.
The right to data portability – You have the right to request that AI2S transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions, but not contrary to the rules provided int he aforementioned privacy laws.
