On Wednesday, December 22nd 2021, we will host dr. Alfredo Canziani, assistant professor at New York University (USA) for a seminar titled «Energy-Based Self-Supervised Deep Learning — A gentle introduction».
Note: the participation in person is possible only for students and university staff and requires the observation of the Covid rules of the University of Trieste, among which we note the mandatory nature of the “Green Pass” and the registration through the “Safety4All” app.

Dr. Alfredo Canziani is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science and a Research Scientist at New York University (NYU), where he works under the supervision of Prof. Yann LeCun, teaching in the Deep Learning course since 2019 and doing research on self-supervised learning and machine learning for autonomous vehicles.
